Marina is a writer and researcher based in New York.

She’s spent the better half of the last two years solo-traveling across the U.S. researching the life of American collector Arabella Duval Huntington.
Drawing from archives, public records, and secondary sources, she is using 19th and early-20th century photographs, journals, correspondence, receipts, menus, drawings, and other ephemera to piece together the still-incomplete (and largely untold) story of one of America’s most influential and most misunderstood Gilded Age collectors—and also one of the least known.

Her research is being compiled into a novel about Arabella.
